Abhignya Vuthaluru was born on 9 October 1994 in Hyderabad, then part of Andhra Pradesh and now in Telangana. Raised in a family with roots in the city, she completed schooling at St. Ann's High School in Secunderabad. She pursued higher education in biotechnology, earning a Bachelor of Technology from Sreenidhi Institute of Science & Technology (2012–2016) and then a Master of Technology from Amity University, Noida (2016–2018).

From an early age she trained in several classical and contemporary dance forms, including Bharatnatyam and ballet. That foundation led her to become a certified Zumba instructor and later a fitness and dance entrepreneur. She has lived in Hyderabad and spent time in Gurugram while completing her studies.

Abhignya built a multi-faceted career that spans fitness instruction, content creation and acting.
