Early life and backgroundBinu Adimali was born on 20 October 1976 in Adimali, Idukki, Kerala. He grew up in a farming household; his father is named Babu. He attended school through the 12th standard and left formal education thereafter to take on responsibilities supporting his family.
From a young age he was drawn to mimicry and took part in school-level competitions. That early interest led him and friends to form a mimicry troupe called Adimali Sagara, through which he began performing locally. His screen debut came in the Malayalam movie Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty (2012), in which he played the character Kannan.
