She earned a Licenciatura en Arte Dramático from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes and also trained at the Andamio '90 theatre school in 2016.

Career

Mancuso works professionally as a model and dancer, and she is also described as a health worker. Beyond performance and media, she founded an advertising and marketing company called Ch Producciones, which organises events and collaborates with promoters and influencers.

In 2024 Chiara expanded her public profile by joining the cast of Gran Hermano Argentina 12, the Telefe reality show. Chiara was part of a widely reported incident in October 2024 connected to a yacht party attended by Independiente players Marco Pellegrino, Diego Tarzia and Santiago Toloza after a match against Lanús. Images and video from the gathering prompted criticism over the players’ conduct and led to disciplinary measures from the club. The episode increased media attention on those present, including Mancuso.

Her candid comments on Gran Hermano Argentina 12 about relationship dynamics and personal tactics for influencing others also attracted significant public discussion. Some viewers criticised her remarks as manipulative, while others interpreted them as evidence of self‑confidence and leadership.
