Career

Dang began her professional life outside of the creative industries, working in business analytics for several years after finishing her degree. Driven by a long-standing passion for dance, she left that role after about three to four years and committed to dance full time.

Ishpreet’s public profile grew through video content. In 2016 she and dance partner Tejas Dhoke began posting dance videos on YouTube and formally launched a joint venture called DanceFit Live that same year. What began as a local duo performing at small shows developed into a broader dance and fitness platform offering workshops, classes and online content. Their channel and performances helped the pair reach a larger audience; a number of their early uploads received hundreds of thousands of views and by 2018 the DanceFit Live brand had become a notable presence in India’s online dance community.

As a performer and choreographer, Dang has made multiple collaborations with artists from both Bollywood and Pollywood. Her work includes dance covers and appearances linked to music channels and collaborations with singers and performers. Notable collaborations referenced in her public profile include projects associated with names from the film and music industries such as Rakul Preet Singh, Sara Ali Khan, Sonakshi Sinha, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Elli Avram, Nora Fatehi, and Harrdy Sandhu.

Ishpreet is listed as CEO of DanceFit Live and is active across multiple YouTube channels: her personal channel, DanceFit Live and Tejas & Ishpreet. Her videos regularly attract substantial engagement; as of December 2021, she reported routinely achieving more than 500,000 impressions on each YouTube upload.

Dang is active on social media and has built a following through dance, choreography and vlogging. By December 2021 she had amassed around 1.2 million followers on Instagram and maintained a subscriber base on YouTube. Her on-camera work includes short-form videos and dance covers that have helped expand her visibility and led to further workshop and collaboration opportunities.

Ishpreet’s physical attributes noted in public profiles include a height of approximately 170 cm (about 5 feet 7 inches), dark brown eyes and black hair; she is known to experiment with hair color.
