Krutika Deo was born on 5 May 1999 in Nashik, Maharashtra. She completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Sir Parashurambhau College (S. P. College) in Pune, where she began performing in theatrical productions. During her college years she took on stage roles including a portrayal of Frida Kahlo in a 2014 production and a part in the play Saawlya in 2016.

Deo’s screen career spans Marathi and Hindi projects across film, television, short film and web series. Her Marathi film debut came in 2014 with Happy Journey, and a year later she appeared in the Hindi film Hawaizaada.
