Olivia Yace was born on January 2, 1998, and grew up in Côte d’Ivoire. She comes from a family with strong local ties: her father, Jean-Marc Yacé, has served as mayor of the commune of Cocody in Abidjan, and her mother, Yolande Yace, works as a business manager. Olivia has two younger sisters and identifies with both the Alladjan (from Jacqueville) and Baoulé (from Kpakobo, Tiassalé) ethnic groups through her parents.
