Parag Rasiklal Kansara was born on 22 November 1970 in Vadodara, Gujarat. He grew up in the state of Gujarat and spoke Gujarati as his mother tongue. He attended N. M. Nootan Sarva Vidyalaya in Visnagar, Gujarat, and counted Visnagar among his hometowns.
