Ramchandra Yadav was born on 18 June 1982 in Punganur, a town in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. He studied at the Institute of Business Management (IIBM), Chennai University, where he completed an MBA.

Yadav maintains strong local ties to Punganur and continues to live and work in the region. He is married to Pawar Sushila Bai, who has worked as a school government teacher. The couple have two children, a son named Gnanesh War and a daughter named Manogna Saisree. His father is Bode Muneppa.

He also pledged that, if his party attained power, it would provide free education and medical services to all citizens of the state.

In December 2022 he organized an event called Rythu Bheri in Sadum village to highlight farmers’ grievances; the gathering was interrupted by police action and later tensions escalated around his residence in Punganur. In January 2023 he traveled to New Delhi to meet the Union Home Minister and formally raised concerns about attacks on his property; following those events, the Union Home Ministry granted him Y+ security cover.
