Early life and background

Rubina Dilaik was born on 26 August 1987 in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Raised in Shimla, she attended Shimla Public School and later St. Bede's College in the same city. Before pursuing acting, Rubina competed in beauty pageants and won titles including Miss Shimla (2006) and Miss North India (2008), experiences that preceded her entry into television.

Career

Rubina made her television debut in 2008 with the Zee TV serial Chhoti Bahu, playing the lead role of Radhika. That early success opened the door to a steady career in Hindi television. Over the following years she took on a variety of roles across channels: she was part of Saas Bina Sasural on Sony TV and appeared in Jeannie Aur Juju on SAB TV.
